Step 1 – Early Spring Wake-Up (March–April)

Purpose: Kick-start growth and prevent early weeds

  • Balanced fertilizer to jump-start green-up
  • Pre-emergent weed control to prevent crabgrass and other spring weeds
  • Strengthens root development after winter dormancy

Results: Faster green-up, thicker turf, fewer weeds later

Step 2 – Late Spring Strengthening (April–May)

Purpose: Build density and protect against weeds

  • Slow-release fertilizer for steady growth
  • Broadleaf weed control (dandelions, clover, chickweed)
  • Continued crabgrass prevention

Results: Denser lawn, improved color, visible weed reduction

Step 3 – Early Summer Protection (June)

Purpose: Maintain color and heat resistance

  • Light fertilizer blend to avoid stress
  • Spot weed control as needed
  • Lawn health booster to improve drought tolerance

Results: Stronger turf that handles heat better

Step 4 – Mid-Summer Maintenance (July–August)

Purpose: Support turf through extreme heat

  • Low-nitrogen fertilizer to reduce burn risk
  • Soil conditioners to improve moisture retention
  • Weed control as needed

Results: Healthier lawn during peak summer stress

Step 5 – Fall Recovery & Root Growth (September–October)

Purpose: Repair summer damage and strengthen roots

  • High-potassium fertilizer to promote root growth
  • Broadleaf weed control
  • Overseeding recommendations (optional add-on)

Results: Thicker grass, improved winter survival

Step 6 – Winterizer Application (October–November)

Purpose: Store nutrients for early spring green-up

  • Winterizer fertilizer to strengthen roots
  • Improves early spring color and growth

Results: Earlier green-up and stronger lawn next season
